Terms of Service

1. The service

multimind lets you send a single prompt to multiple AI models in parallel and compare their answers. The Service is provided "as is". The AI responses are generated by third-party model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI, and others); we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any response.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract responses to train competing models.
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse the free tier (e.g. multiple accounts per person), or share paid-tier credentials.
• Submit credentials, secrets, or sensitive personal data of others into prompts.
• Violate the terms of any underlying model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit ("Inputs") and the outputs generated in response to your prompts ("Outputs"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Inputs and Outputs only as needed to operate the Service.

AI-generated Outputs are not unique to you — similar prompts may yield similar results for other users — and may not be eligible for copyright protection in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying that any use you make of an Output does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually as you select. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice for renewals.

Refunds. We offer a refund for any reason within 7 days of your first paid charge. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel renewal at any time from the Stripe customer portal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

Failed payment. If a payment fails, your subscription enters a "past due" state. After repeated failure your access reverts to the free tier.

6. Public sharing

You can mark a conversation as publicly shareable. By doing so you make its content readable by anyone with the link, and (if you opt in to indexing) discoverable via search engines. Do not share conversations containing private information unless you intend it to be public.

7. Disclaimers

AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, or misleading outputs. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiMind's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We can terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or for prolonged inactivity. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them and notify registered users by email. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
